We were chosen to construct and help design the Londonderry Centre, a building which helped launch a new medical district in southwest Waco.

Londonderry Centre – Waco, Texas

Project Description

The national industry magazine Building Profit featured the two-story building hosting various medical offices for multiple physicians and specialists. The structure was awarded the “Building of the Year” award by Butler Manufacturing.

In 2002, Dr. Larry Pritchard was truly ahead of the curve by envisioning a building that could host various medical specialties, launching an authentic medical district close to both of Waco’s leading hospitals. He first designed the structure as a single-story structure, but all the offices quickly filled up with other medical professionals. Pritchard decided it was time to expand and hired Pearson Construction in 2003 to complete the multi-story structure, with full fire sprinkler systems, interior finishes, and carpeting.

The greatest challenge was building layers on top of an existing structure, and Pearson’s team exceeded Dr. Pritchard’s expectations.
