We were chosen to construct and help design the Londonderry Centre, a building which helped launch a new medical district in southwest Waco.

Londonderry Centre – Waco, Texas

Project Description

When completed, this two-story building hosting various medical offices for multiple physicians and specialists was featured in the national industry magazine Building Profit. In addition, the structure was awarded the “Building of the Year” award by Butler Manufacturing.
In 2002, Dr. Larry Pritchard was truly ahead of the curve by envisioning a building that could host various medical specialities, launching a true medical district close to both of Waco’s main hospitals. He first designed his building as a single-story structure, but all the offices quickly filled up with other medical professionals. Pritchard decided it was time to expand, and brought us on in 2003 to complete the multi-story structure from top to bottom, with full fire sprinkler systems, interior finishes and carpeting throughout.
The challenge was building layers on top of an existing structure, but our team members’ expertise allowed the job to be completed well above the Dr. Pritchart’s expectations.
